Biography

Nkosi Nyathi is a UNICEF Zimbabwe Youth Climate Advocate, seasoned orator & Youth Ambassador advancing Zimbabwe’s climate and environmental agenda from an early age of 10. Has demonstrated to young Zimbabweans that they can take powerful steps in mitigating climate impacts within their communities. Diverse and multiple personal achievements, including agenda-setting climate advocacy for youth at the national, regional and global level, featured in over 64 media globally. Has featured in multiple high-level political forums with a dozen plus country presidents demonstrating impressive diplomatic skills in policy negotiation and formulation globally and is soon to deliver his first book. “The World’s Unsung Heroes “firm on youth inclusivity & policy change. Has been applauded by the Zimbabwean President as “One of Zimbabwe’s Finest Citizens" He has collaborated internationally at successive forums including Madrid, Spain COP 25, ARFSD2020, Dubai Expo 2020, Pre COP 26 in Milan Italy ,2023 TED Summit in USA Africa Climate Week in Gabon with organizations institutions including UNICEF,UNDP,CRIN,TED,CNN,BBC,UNDP,WWF, Greenline Africa, Environment Africa & countless more supporting child and youth inclusive climate policies, strategies, and advocacy.
