- Prof. Cecile Aptel is the Deputy Director of the UNICEF Innocenti Global Office of Research and Foresight and a professor of international law. Professor Cécile Aptel is an international expert in international criminal law, international justice, transitional justice and child rights. She has over 20 years of experience managing judicial, legal and policy matters for several international jurisdictions, the UN, think tanks and NGOs.
